Terms of Incubation & Policies

By purchasing the ₹299 Founder Pass or accessing The White Room platform ("Service"), the candidate agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service.

The White Room provides a 30-day cognitive and phonetic linguistic curriculum for Korean language immersion. Access is licensed solely for personal, non-commercial use by the registered individual.

All learning materials, phonetic audio synthesizers, curriculum sequences, and digital collateral are the intellectual property of The White Room Labs. Reverse engineering, bulk automated scraping, unauthorized distribution, or credential sharing will result in immediate termination of portal privileges.

We respect your privacy and process essential candidate credentials strictly under standard encryption protocols:

• Data Collected: Candidate Full Name, WhatsApp Contact Number, and Email Address collected at the time of reservation.
• Payment Credentials: All financial transactions are directly processed via Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. The White Room does not store credit/debit card numbers, UPI pins, or bank passwords.
• Telemetry: Candidate portal progress metrics and speech synthesis diagnostic logs are retained purely to optimize cognitive retention curves.
• Data Sharing: Candidate information is never sold, rented, or exported to third-party telemarketing networks.

We operate transparent financial processing in accordance with digital service regulations:

• Pre-Access Window: If a candidate requests a cancellation before accessing the protected Candidate Portal materials or within 24 hours of transaction completion, a full 100% refund is initiated.
• Post-Decryption Policy: Because the Founder Pass unlocks intellectual learning models, downloadable syllabi, and speech synthesis pipelines instantly, reservations become non-refundable once portal access tokens are utilized.
• Technical / Duplicate Errors: In the event of duplicate charges, transaction freezes, or gateway communication failures, refunds are automatically reconciled and remitted within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment source.
